Jason Kidd has his wife Porschla Coleman
Jason Kidd has been married twice. He married his first wife, Joumana, in 1997. Throughout their marriage, the couple had three children.
Their relationship suffered a significant setback in January 2001 when Kidd was arrested and pleaded guilty to a domestic violence charge involving Joumana.
As part of his plea deal, he was mandated to complete six months of anger management counseling, which he not only completed but continued voluntarily.
Despite reconciliation efforts, Kidd filed for divorce on January 9, 2007, citing extreme cruelty during their marriage, including jealousy, paranoia, and threats of false abuse.
In response, Joumana filed a counterclaim, alleging instances of abuse, including an incident in which she suffered a broken rib and hearing damage.
In 2011, Kidd married Porschla Coleman, a former model.
Coleman, known for her multi-faceted career as an actress, singer, dancer and host, has established her presence across various media platforms.
These include Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and IMDb. She shares two children with Kidd; however, their marital harmony was broken on July 15, 2012.
Southampton City Police arrested Kidd for driving under the influence after his vehicle collided with a telephone pole near their residence.
